At the University of Antioquia Foundation we have administered the Mass Transit Vehicle Driving Program since 2005, managing the operation of rail and tram vehicles in the city of Medellín. Since then, approximately 1,563 university students from various academic programs and both public and private universities in the Aburrá Valley have participated in our program, most of whom come from socioeconomic levels 1, 2, and 3.
Our Medellín City Cleaning Management Program consists of two partnership agreements signed with Empresas Varias de Medellín: Collection and Transportation – Street Sweeping and Cleaning of Roads and Public Areas. The University of Antioquia Foundation provides 80% of the cleaning services for the city of Medellín.
La Tienda Universitaria, creada en 1999 por iniciativa de la Fundación Universidad de Antioquia y la División de Egresados, nació para comercializar productos que representan la identidad de la Universidad y que hoy hacen parte de la vida cotidiana de la comunidad. Con el tiempo, se ha consolidado como un espacio cercano, con una oferta en constante actualización y una relación positiva con sus usuarios, fortaleciendo el sentido de pertenencia hacia la UdeA.
